User Guidelines

Purpose of the Platform

The Platform aims to facilitate contact between clients and virtual assistants. Virtual Assistant England is not an employment agency, placement agency, or employer. All agreements, payments, and collaborations take place directly between users.

Code of Conduct for All Users

Be honest and transparent.

Be respectful: no insults or discrimination.

No spam or deception.

Protect privacy and personal data.

Use the platform only for its intended purpose.

Specific Rules for Virtual Assistants

Only offer services you can actually deliver.

Do not manage profiles of others without permission.

Ensure quality, communication, and execution of assignments.

Clearly document agreements with clients.

Do not offer illegal or unlawful services.

Specific Rules for Clients

Clearly describe assignments and expectations.

Make agreements and payments directly with the Virtual Assistant.

Do not post misleading assignments.

No discriminatory or unfair conditions.

Reviews should be honest and factual.

Content and Intellectual Property

Users remain owners of their content. By posting, the user grants Virtual Assistant England a non-exclusive right of use for display on the platform.

Content may not be copied without permission. Virtual Assistant England may remove content that violates the law or these guidelines.

Security and Fraud

Virtual Assistant England actively monitors for abuse. Suspicious activities can be reported via info@virtualassistantnederland.nl

In case of suspected fraud, Virtual Assistant England may block accounts, share data with authorities, and take legal action.

Complaints Procedure

For complaints and disputes, we refer to the Complaints Procedure on the Platform.

Communication via the Platform

Communicate professionally and politely.

No spam, intimidation, or abuse.

Do not use automated systems (bots) for communication.

Virtual Assistant England may remove messages in case of abuse.

Reviews and Feedback

Only post reviews about real collaborations.

Reviews must be truthful and respectful.

Virtual Assistant England may remove inappropriate reviews.

Violation of Guidelines

In case of violation of these guidelines, Virtual Assistant England may take measures such as warnings, blocks, removal of accounts, or reporting to authorities.

Liability

Virtual Assistant England is not responsible for actions or agreements between users. Each user remains fully responsible for their own behavior and agreements.

Changes

Virtual Assistant England may change these guidelines. The current version is available at https://virtualassistantamerica.com.

Changes take effect 15 days after publication.
